Delray Beach, Palm Beach County
Golf Carts for Sale in Delray Beach, FL
Delray Golf Carts sells new lithium-powered and street-legal golf carts to Delray Beach and the surrounding Palm Beach County communities — downtown Atlantic Avenue, Pineapple Grove, the Marina District, Lake Ida, Tropic Isle, and the golf communities west of I-95 such as Delaire, the Polo Club, Addison Reserve, and Gleneagles. Our showroom is at 640 NE 6th Ave (N Federal Highway), five minutes from Atlantic Avenue and the beach.
Delray Beach is one of the most golf-cart-friendly cities in South Florida. Residents drive LSVs downtown, to the beach, and between the Intracoastal neighborhoods every day, and the city allows carts to park in standard marked automobile spaces in public lots and garages.
We are the only lithium-only golf cart dealer in Delray Beach with an EV service shop on site. Read our full guide to Delray Beach golf cart laws and parking for the local rules.

What Delray Beach customers buy
Our inventory is lithium-only. The SpeedBX S4 and S6 are our flagship luxury carts with a 76.8V lithium pack, touchscreen, and a 5kW motor. Edge EV builds the Phantom, Vortex, Glyde, and LUX lines in four- and six-passenger versions, including lifted models. Moke America is the street-legal electric Moke for buyers who want something that turns heads.

Street-legal golf carts vs. LSVs in Florida
Florida treats a golf cart and a Low-Speed Vehicle (LSV) very differently. A golf cart tops out under 20 mph, has no VIN, and can only be driven on roads a city or county has specifically opened to golf carts. An LSV is a federally classified motor vehicle with a top speed of 20–25 mph: it carries a 17-digit VIN, is titled and registered with the Florida DMV, carries PIP and property-damage insurance, and can be driven on any public road posted 35 mph or less.
Every new electric cart we sell is built as an LSV with the required equipment — headlights, tail and brake lights, turn signals, mirrors, seat belts, windshield, parking brake, and reflectors. Each one comes with a Manufacturer's Certificate of Origin so it can be titled and registered as an LSV in Florida.
