Using this website

By using delraygolfcarts.com you agree to these terms. The site is provided by Delray Golf Carts, 640 NE 6th Ave, Ste A, Delray Beach, FL 33483. Content, photos and the SpeedBX name and designs are ours or used with permission and may not be copied for commercial use.

Inventory, pricing and availability

• Prices shown are in U.S. dollars and exclude sales tax, title, registration, tag and dealer fees unless stated otherwise.
• Inventory changes daily. A cart listed on the site may already be sold; a listing is an invitation to inquire, not a binding offer.
• We work to keep specifications, colors and photos accurate, but manufacturers change equipment and we may make errors. Confirm details in person or by phone before purchasing.
• Range, speed and charge-time figures are manufacturer estimates and vary with load, terrain, temperature and driving style.

Street-legal vehicles

Low-Speed Vehicles (LSVs) we sell are titled and registered for roads posted 35 mph or less under Florida law. The driver is responsible for holding a valid license, carrying the required insurance, and following state and local rules, including local golf-cart ordinances. Rentals

Rentals require a signed rental agreement, a valid driver’s license and a payment method on file. The agreement governs deposits, damage, fuel or charge level, mileage and late returns and takes precedence over anything on this page.

Service and warranties

Manufacturer warranties are provided by the manufacturer and subject to their terms. Our own workmanship is covered as stated on your invoice. Diagnostic and pickup offers (for example, free pickup within 10 miles with an approved repair) are subject to the conditions stated at the time of the offer.

Financing

Financing is offered through third-party lenders and is subject to credit approval. We do not set rates or make credit decisions.

Chat assistant

The website chat is an automated assistant. It can be wrong about availability, pricing or legal requirements; anything it tells you is confirmed only when a team member confirms it.

Limitation of liability

The website is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, Delray Golf Carts is not liable for losses arising from use of the site or reliance on its content. Nothing here limits rights you have under Florida consumer law or a written sales contract.
