Moke lithium battery upgrades

The factory lead-acid pack is the first thing most Moke owners want to replace. Our MAX Pack and MILD Pack lithium upgrades are engineered in-house for the Moke's controller and charger, cut hundreds of pounds, and extend range. Both are installed in Delray Beach with the Moke's electronics tuned to the new pack.

Moke service in South Florida

We work on the Moke's CAN-bus battery management, Curtis-style controllers, and Delta-Q charging systems at the component level. That matters when the alternative is shipping the car back to the factory. Pickup is free within 10 miles of Delray Beach with an approved repair.

Street-legal golf carts vs. LSVs in Florida

Florida treats a golf cart and a Low-Speed Vehicle (LSV) very differently. A golf cart tops out under 20 mph, has no VIN, and can only be driven on roads a city or county has specifically opened to golf carts. An LSV is a federally classified motor vehicle with a top speed of 20–25 mph: it carries a 17-digit VIN, is titled and registered with the Florida DMV, carries PIP and property-damage insurance, and can be driven on any public road posted 35 mph or less.

Every new electric cart we sell is built as an LSV with the required equipment — headlights, tail and brake lights, turn signals, mirrors, seat belts, windshield, parking brake, and reflectors. Each one comes with a Manufacturer's Certificate of Origin so it can be titled and registered as an LSV in Florida.
